Diabetes Awareness and Prevention begin with your club

Raising your club’s awareness and stimulating their interest & involvement can be easy as passing out a one-page pre-diabetes or diabetes risk test; or delivering a PowerPoint™ or other educational presentation using media available on this site.

• The Diabetes Risk Tests can be completed in a few minutes. They can spark diabetes awareness by making it personal, and stimulate further discussion and action. (However, sharing results among members is discouraged).
• For optimal results, administer the risk tests after an educational presentation (such as a PowerPoint™ slide show). Flyers, slide presentations, brochures, etc. are available in the Media section.
